We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Physician Liaison to join our dynamic
team at Louisiana Pain Specialists. The Physician Liaison will act as a key liaison
between the clinic and referring physicians, Personal Injury attorney groups, hospitals, and
healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare,
excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting pain management services.
This role plays a vital part in building and maintaining relationships that enhance patient
referrals and foster long-term partnerships with the medical community.

Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships
with referring physicians, PI attorneys, specialists, healthcare providers, and key
stakeholders in the community to increase patient referrals to the pain clinic.

Communication & Education: Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare
providers seeking information about clinic services, treatment options, and
specialties. Educate physicians and their teams on the benefits of pain
management services offered.

Referral Management: Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure seamless
communication, timely referral follow-ups, and updates on patient progress to
ensure excellent continuity of care.

Clinic Representation: Represent the pain clinic at local and regional medical
meetings, conferences, and events to promote services and foster partnerships with
medical professionals.

Marketing & Outreach: Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and
materials to increase brand awareness and attract referrals from external providers
and organizations.

Collaboration with Clinic Team: Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, and
administrative teams to ensure all patient needs are met and referrals are
processed smoothly and efficiently.

Performance Tracking: Monitor referral metrics and report on the effectiveness of
referral strategies, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to referring physicians
and patients, addressing concerns and ensuring positive relationships are
maintained.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or
a related field. A background in healthcare or medical sales is highly preferred.
Previous experience in a liaison or relationship management role within the
healthcare or pain management industry is a plus.

Knowledge of Pain Management: Familiarity with pain management treatments
and services is a plus but not required. Ability to quickly learn and communicate
complex medical information.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital
communication tools to track referrals and manage relationships.
