We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Practice Growth to take on a crucial leadership role in a growing, multi-site healthcare organization. The VP is a senior leader responsible for accelerating the expansion of a high-growth, private equity–backed interventional pain management platform. This role oversees organic growth initiatives, driving improved performance and scalable, efficient operations. The VP partners closely with executive leadership, clinical leadership, and field operators to expand the organization’s footprint while delivering strong financial results and maintaining regulatory and cultural standards.

- Develop and lead the company’s growth strategy to deliver consistent, replicable revenue growth
- Design and implement scalable models for clinic operations, staffing and provider productivity
- Lead teams using data-driven decision making to enhance clinic performance
- Oversee the launch of de novo sites, expansion of existing clinics, and introduction of new services or procedures to drive same-store growth
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up with clear growth targets and aligned support resources
- Lead marketing and referral development teams to increase patient volume and community awareness
- Own growth-related KPI’s including volume growth, provider productivity, and efficiency targets
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability across newly added and existing practices to improve EBITDA contribution and margin expansion
- Ensure that all growth efforts are sustainable, measurable, and support long-term value creation for investors and stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that growth initiatives adhere to all relevant healthcare laws (e.g., HIPAA, Stark, AKS, CMS, OSHA)
- Proactively assess and mitigate operational compliance risks (e.g., billing practices, scope of practice, licensure gaps)
- Guide and develop a high-performing team of leaders in the areas of Practice Growth, Marketing, Patient Experience & Scheduling, EMR and Physician Liaison
- Foster a culture of clinical collaboration, accountability, transparency, performance focused on speed, excellence, and scalability
- 15+ years of healthcare leadership experience, including multi-site operations, growth, or integration roles
- Experience in a private equity–backed healthcare services platform or MSO strongly preferred
- Proven track record of leading organic growth in a complex healthcare services environment
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory risk, and provider alignment challenges
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including working knowledge of P&L management and EBITDA optimization
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement skill
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% regionally
- Achievement of P&L and cash flow targets
- Increase in provider productivity and retention
- Improvement in provider and facility efficiency targets
- Maintenance of compliance and operational integrity during scale
- Team and provider engagement scores
