We’re building a modern, patient-centered organization that combines clinical excellence with operational innovation — and we’re growing fast.

To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Specialist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, build structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and create the systems that will fuel sustainable and compliant growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing, including managing provider documentation and vendor requests.
  • Support the Compliance Officer in developing, coordinating, and delivering compliance training across the organization.
  • Investigate and report on potential HIPAA breaches, OSHA incidents, and other compliance matters; ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with regulatory audits, policy development, and communication of new or revised regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and support the execution of the auditing and monitoring workplan.
  • Prepare and distribute compliance reports and a monthly compliance newsletter.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Manage third-party risk/vendor management processes and assist with radiation and OSHA requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, RCM, and other departments on compliance initiatives.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguard all compliance-related documents and communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a legal or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of progressive healthcare compliance experience.
  • Certification (CPC, CHC, or CHPC) preferred; willingness to obtain certification within 12 months required (note: CPC certification timeline may be flexible).
  • Experience working closely with medical providers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Canvas or Adobe Illustrator a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a rapidly growing, innovative healthcare organization.
  • Work remotely with flexibility and limited travel.
  • Collaborate with a diverse, mission-driven team.
  • Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Make a meaningful impact on patient care and organizational excellence.
